Footage Licence

Between your organisation (“you”) and Initium Technologies (“Initium”) for footage you upload through this portal.

1. Your rights. You confirm that you own the footage you upload, or have the right to share it and to grant this licence.
2. What Initium may do. You grant Initium a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, process, label and use the footage to research, develop, train, test and improve artificial-intelligence models, products and services, including commercial products and services. Models, labels and other results Initium creates belong to Initium.
3. No publication or resale. Initium will not publish the footage or sell it as footage. Access is limited to Initium staff and contractors who need it, under confidentiality.
4. People in the footage. You confirm that people shown were told they may be recorded, as your normal rules require. Tell us about anyone who has not agreed to this use, and Initium will blur their faces before using the footage. Please do not upload footage you are not allowed to share.
5. Security. Footage is stored privately and encrypted on Initium's cloud storage. Each partner can only see its own uploads.
6. Removal. You can ask Initium to delete footage at any time. Footage not yet used will be deleted; models already trained with it are kept.
7. Separate agreement. If you have signed a separate agreement with Initium about footage, that agreement takes priority over this licence.
